Return Policy

Returns

At Mobars, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your product to initiate a return. We only accept returns for defective or damaged items upon receipt.

Exchanges

Upon approval of your return request, we will arrange for the return of the defective or damaged item. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please note that exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged goods.

Damaged Shipments

In the unfortunate event that your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process an exchange.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement item, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the taste of our products. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase before ordering.
